Before he began his career in real estate, Brad Robbins had a successful career in city planning; first as Corona California’s planning director, and later as city manager. With an extensive background in all aspects of land use, Brad brings an insider’s understanding of government processes, and how they impact your decision to buy, sell, or invest in property. As a veteran investor himself, Brad understands what you, the client, need and expect from an agent and strives to meet those expectations with tenacity and skill.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in geography with an emphasis in statistics at the University of California and a Master of Science in liberal studies with an emphasis in urban planning at the University of Oklahoma. Brad is a sharp negotiator, proven by his past negotiations in multi-million-dollar development projects. He is an expert in eminent domain and redevelopment projects, zoning, construction and subdivisions.
Aside from serving his clients’ needs to the best of his expert ability, Brad enjoys playing the bagpipes and tending to his apple farm. Brad is also highly involved in his community. He is an active member of Town of Leeds Planning Commission, and Vice President at Silver Reef Highlands Homeowner’s Association.
